This is not an art class. And it's not therapy either.

A quiet space to connect with yourself through paint, movement, and emotion.
No art skills needed—only the willingness to feel what’s inside and let it be seen.
Over the course of four intimate sessions, we’ll explore what lives in your body, your memory, your voice—and how it wants to move, be expressed, and witnessed.
Together we create, release, reflect, and discover.
This space is for you if:
You’re emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected
You crave softness, presence, and creativity
You want to express something you can’t quite name
You’re going through change or looking for clarity
You’re longing to feel more connected to yourself
Each session is built around a theme:
1. Body & Blocks
We begin with movement and full-body drawing to notice where emotions are held in the body.
We draw big. We move freely. We let sensation lead.
2. Shadow & Release
A space for repressed emotions—anger, shame, fear—to come to the surface and find form.
Through expressive painting, symbolic destruction, and Jungian inspiration, we begin to let go.
3. Self & Purpose
Who are you when no one’s watching? What matters to you?
This session reconnects you with your core values and truth through intuitive self-portraiture and abstract symbol-making.
4. Trust & Vision
We close with listening to our intuition: blind drawing, intuitive ink, and collage.
We map where we’ve been, and imagine what’s ahead—setting intentions through visual language and quiet integration.
